Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical data to develop precise repair procedures.
- Implement and verify repair processes for various aerospace components, including engine parts and airframe structures.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all repairs meet strict aviation safety regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA).
- Document repair work accurately and comprehensively using standard operating procedures and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot process inefficiencies and optimize workflow methodologies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to safety protocols and 5S standards.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant technical qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Engineering, Aeronautical, or Manufacturing is required.
- Experience in aerospace component repair or manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of aviation standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, technical manuals, and CAD drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
