Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair IoT devices including smart speakers, security cameras, thermostats, and home automation systems
- Troubleshoot software, firmware, and hardware issues in smart home ecosystems
- Perform device maintenance, calibration, and firmware updates to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical guidance to customers via remote support and on-site service calls
- Document repair processes, service reports, and inventory management
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify recurring issues and improve product reliability
- Stay current with emerging IoT technologies through continuous learning programs
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience repairing consumer electronics or smart devices
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and multimeters for hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with common smart home ecosystems (Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical issues
