Tanggung Jawab
- Perform technical repairs and maintenance on aircraft components according to approved manuals and safety procedures.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic inspections to identify malfunctions.
- Prepare, document, and maintain accurate repair records and technical logs to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Operate specialized workshop tools and test equipment to meet rigorous aerospace precision standards.
- Coordinate with quality control teams to perform final inspections and certification of repaired units.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with industrial safety regulations (OSHA/HSE).
- Continuously improve repair processes and contribute to operational efficiency within the Satair facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in aircraft component maintenance, repair, or overhaul (MRO).
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry safety standards.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and diagnostic software.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
