Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the repair and maintenance department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for Middle Mile assets to maximize fleet uptime and minimize costly breakdowns.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, operational compliance standards, and company policies.
- Conduct root cause analysis for vehicle and equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor, train, and develop a high-performing team of maintenance engineers and technicians.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective repairs and supplies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with broader business goals and operational timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance, logistics operations, or a similar technical role.
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory capacity within a technical or operations environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between facilities as required.
