Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule corrective maintenance for third-party truck fleet across multiple locations
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and documentation for audit compliance
- Analyze vehicle performance data to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures
- Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize spending while maintaining service quality
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards for all fleet operations
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance KPIs, fleet availability, and cost optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in fleet maintenance coordination or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and troubleshooting methodologies
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and fleet tracking systems
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination across internal/external teams
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
