Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for commercial truck fleet ensuring optimal performance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Lead and mentor maintenance technicians through training and performance management
- Coordinate with logistics teams to address urgent maintenance needs
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance analytics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fleet maintenance with leadership exposure
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle systems and repair procedures
- Proven track record in team management and technical training
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills under time-sensitive conditions
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Class 1) preferred
