- Lead and manage the repo operations team to ensure efficient and effective recovery of pre-owned motorcycles
- Oversee inventory management, including tracking, valuation, and optimization of pre-owned motorcycle stock
- Develop and implement strategies to drive pre-owned motorcycle sales and achieve revenue targets
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth repo processes
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for inventory optimization
- Train and mentor team members on repo procedures, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of all repo operations, inventory records, and sales transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all repo and sales activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in repo operations, inventory management, or motorcycle sales
- Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of the motorcycle industry, including market trends and valuation methods
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
