Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring performance reports for stakeholders.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for performance improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all departmental dashboards and scorecards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
- Prepare executive summaries and visual presentations for leadership reviews.
- Monitor KPIs and provide timely alerts on operational performance deviations.
- Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data sources, and calculation methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar data-centric role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros/VBA).
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule (night differential applies).
