Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key business metrics and performance indicators
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into unified reporting systems while ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable analytical solutions
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization
- Monitor and validate data accuracy across reporting platforms, implementing quality assurance protocols to maintain reliable outputs
- Present findings and recommendations to management through clear, compelling visualizations and executive-level summaries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related analytical field
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
- Proficiency in SQL and database querying with experience handling large datasets effectively
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling capabilities
- Exceptional analytical thinking with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus
