Tanggung Jawab
- Compile, organize, and analyze sales and performance data to generate accurate monthly and quarterly reports for management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify market trends and optimize reporting strategies.
- Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all departments.
- Assist in the development of data visualization dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively.
- Perform routine data validation and quality checks to minimize errors and discrepancies in reporting.
- Prepare presentation materials and executive summaries for stakeholder meetings and business reviews.
- Support the finance and operations teams with ad-hoc data requests and administrative data tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, or administrative support is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
