Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications.
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy and integrity across all organizational reports.
- Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and data governance standards.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc reporting requests and deep-dive analytical presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new technologies for data visualization and process automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query, Pivot Tables) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and database management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
