- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting systems using appropriate tools and technologies
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data that could impact business decisions
- Ensure data integrity and security across all reporting processes
- Continuously improve reporting methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format
