- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track New Hire performance, compliance metrics, and revenue-related KPIs.
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve business processes and employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Present findings to management in a clear, concise manner.
- Monitor data quality and implement improvements as needed.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking New Hire performance, compliance, and revenue.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and finance teams to define reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and increase efficiency.
- Support special projects related to business strategy and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts) and reporting tools.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of BPO or contact center operations is an advantage.
