Afni is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Reports Analyst to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. In this role, you will oversee key deliverables that have a direct impact on New Hire experience, performance, compliance, and revenue. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and ensuring data integrity across multiple business functions.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track New Hire performance, compliance metrics, and revenue-related KPIs.
  • Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve business processes and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist in ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Present findings to management in a clear, concise manner.
  • Monitor data quality and implement improvements as needed.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking New Hire performance, compliance, and revenue.
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, and finance teams to define reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management review.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and increase efficiency.
  • Support special projects related to business strategy and growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts) and reporting tools.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of BPO or contact center operations is an advantage.
