Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to the highest standard of quality and presentation.
  • Assist in the daily management of the kitchen station, including prep work and mise en place.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene regulations, safety standards, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist in cost control measures to minimize waste.

Kualifikasi

  • Culinary Diploma or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Demi Chef or Commis Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Deep understanding of Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and high-end culinary service.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
