Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the research, development, and testing of new menu items aligned with market trends and customer preferences
- Establish and maintain standardized recipes and procedures to ensure consistency across all restaurant locations
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and develop cost-effective solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation
- Train and mentor culinary teams on new recipes and preparation techniques
- Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to implementation
- Ensure all products meet food safety standards and quality requirements
- Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food product development or culinary R&D
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food trends
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant chain or food manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
