Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic research and experimentation to support environmental project objectives.
- Analyze laboratory data and prepare detailed reports on findings to drive product or process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new research insights into existing workflows.
- Maintain and calibrate advanced laboratory equipment to ensure precision and compliance with safety standards.
- Develop innovative protocols for sustainable environmental practices.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the cutting edge of science.
- Participate in regular team meetings to brainstorm solutions for complex technical challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience or internship in an R&D environment is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex scientific datasets.
- Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and modern data management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
