BSN Technologies Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Research and Development (R&D) Specialist to join our growing team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our technical product development lifecycle, bridging the gap between conceptual innovation and practical application. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about scientific research, process optimization, and contributing to the technological advancement of our manufacturing and product offerings.
As an R&D Specialist, you will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and documenting results to support continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough research and experimental trials to support product development and quality assurance.
- Analyze technical data and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement technical improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate new technology trends to identify opportunities for internal process innovation.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure all R&D activities comply with safety and company standards.
- Develop and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and product specifications.
- Participate in the prototype design phase to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Research and Development environment is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and technical data analysis software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
- Strong understanding of production protocols and technical safety regulations.
