Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization and development of new product lines from ideation to commercialization.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and competitor movements.
- Analyze product quality and performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate prototype testing and participate in organoleptic or technical evaluations.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless scaling and manufacturing efficiency.
- Document R&D processes, product specifications, and experimental results in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain awareness of industry regulations and safety standards relevant to product development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an R&D or Product Development role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in experimental design, documentation, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Bogor Selatan, Jawa Barat.
