Tanggung Jawab
- Research and develop innovative furniture products through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Create detailed design concepts, technical drawings, and 3D prototypes using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable at optimal cost and quality
- Test and evaluate prototypes for durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal
- Document research findings and design specifications in comprehensive technical reports
- Identify and source sustainable materials and manufacturing technologies
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to gather competitive intelligence
- Continuously improve existing products based on user feedback and performance data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture product development or R&D
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks) and 3D modeling tools
- Strong understanding of furniture materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative furniture designs and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate research into actionable designs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical documentation and collaboration
