Are you a passionate food technologist with a vision for culinary innovation? PT Pawon Sentra Tama is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Research and Development Supervisor to lead our product development initiatives in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations, bridging the gap between creative culinary concepts and industrial-scale production.
As our R&D Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from initial formulation and bench-top testing to full-scale commercialization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance and Production, to ensure that every product meets our high standards for safety, taste, and cost-efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the R&D team in developing new food products and improving existing formulations.
- Conduct bench-top trials and scale-up testing to ensure consistency and quality during mass production.
- Coordinate with procurement to source high-quality raw materials and ingredients that align with cost-optimization targets.
- Ensure all product developments comply with BPOM, Halal, and HACCP standards.
- Analyze consumer feedback and market trends to innovate products that meet customer expectations.
- Provide technical support to the production team during the pilot and launch phases.
- Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, specifications, and laboratory test results.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in R&D or Product Development within the food manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations, shelf-life testing, and sensory analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to food formulation and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
- Proficiency in food software applications and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
