Tanggung Jawab
- Execute complex experimental protocols in neuroscience, including animal handling, behavioral testing, and neuro-imaging.
- Perform histological procedures, tissue processing, and high-resolution microscopy.
- Conduct robust data collection and utilize statistical software for rigorous data analysis.
- Maintain precise laboratory records and assist in the drafting of scientific manuscripts and grant applications.
- Participate in lab meetings, journal clubs, and internal research seminars to present findings.
- Manage laboratory inventory, equipment calibration, and ensure compliance with biosafety and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional research teams to integrate findings into broader study goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Neuroscience, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in molecular biology, electrophysiology, or rodent behavioral models.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in statistical tools such as R, Python, or GraphPad Prism.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work independently within a fast-paced lab environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and collaborative research.
- Familiarity with IACUC/Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee regulations is highly preferred.
- Previous experience contributing to peer-reviewed scientific publications is a significant advantage.
