Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct computational catalyst design research using DFT, molecular dynamics, and other modeling techniques
- Perform quantum chemical calculations to analyze reaction mechanisms and catalytic pathways
- Collaborate with experimental teams to validate computational predictions and interpretations
- Develop and optimize computational protocols for catalyst screening and discovery
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and scientific publications
- Manage research data, maintain computational workflows, and ensure reproducibility
- Participate in group meetings, seminars, and collaborative research projects
- Contribute to grant writing and research proposal development activities
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Strong background in computational chemistry and catalysis fundamentals
- Proficiency with computational software (Gaussian, VASP, Quantum ESPRESSO, or similar)
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and Linux systems
- Solid understanding of surface chemistry and heterogeneous catalysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications in relevant research areas
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
