Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and operate the pilot-scale waste-to-resource facility, ensuring optimal performance and system efficiency.
- Conduct advanced chemical analysis on feedstock and output streams to measure conversion efficiency and product quality.
- Design and execute experimental protocols to optimize energy recovery and resource extraction processes.
- Maintain detailed laboratory records, analyze complex experimental data, and prepare technical reports for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional research teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and iterate on process design.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations, environmental compliance, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the procurement of laboratory equipment and consumables while maintaining strict inventory management.
- Present research findings at group meetings and contribute to the drafting of academic publications or project white papers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in pilot plant operations or industrial laboratory research.
- Strong understanding of thermochemical conversion processes, waste treatment, or energy systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., MATLAB, Python, or OriginPro) for process modeling and statistics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical data to a diverse audience.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced research environment.
- Familiarity with environmental safety standards and risk assessment procedures.
- Previous experience in circular economy projects or waste-to-energy initiatives is highly advantageous.
