Tanggung Jawab
- Execute complex experimental protocols, including cell culture, molecular cloning, and protein expression.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive laboratory records and electronic data logs.
- Prepare and organize reagents, buffers, and specialized materials for ongoing experiments.
- Perform data analysis and generate clear visualizations for laboratory meetings and research reports.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of sensitive laboratory instrumentation.
- Collaborate with postdoctoral fellows and principal investigators to meet project milestones.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, biosafety standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in periodic literature reviews to support ongoing study objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, Western Blot, and ELISA.
- Proficiency in aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, collaborative, and fast-paced team environment.
- Prior experience in BSL-2 or higher laboratory settings is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple laboratory workflows simultaneously.
