Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant data for policy research projects.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate statistical and analytical tools.
- Prepare detailed research reports, briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and implementation of research methodologies, including surveys and interviews.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure research objectives are met.
- Stay updated on current policy trends and developments to inform research directions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, R, Stata, or Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior research experience in a policy or academic setting is advantageous.
