Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain online research platforms, databases, and digital learning infrastructure
- Support implementation of educational technology initiatives and digital learning projects
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for learning science research
- Collaborate with researchers to develop and test innovative educational tools
- Ensure operational efficiency of digital platforms supporting educational research
- Document research processes and maintain accurate project records
- Stay current with emerging trends in educational technology and learning sciences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Experience with educational technology platforms and learning management systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with research datasets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python) and educational software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a research environment
- Prior experience in educational research or academic setting advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
