The National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, invites applications for a Research Associate position within the Centre for Research in Pedagogy & Practice (CRPP). This is a unique, part-time opportunity for a dedicated researcher to contribute to meaningful projects focused on nurturing healthy ageing among Singaporeans through innovative educational frameworks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design and execution of research protocols focused on educational interventions for healthy ageing.
- Conduct systematic literature reviews and synthesize findings to support project development.
- Manage data collection processes, including participant recruitment, interviews, and survey administration.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis using industry-standard software (e.g., SPSS, NVivo, or R).
- Prepare comprehensive research reports, academic papers, and policy briefs.
- Coordinate with research team members to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Support the organization of workshops, seminars, and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to ethical research guidelines and institutional data protection policies.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Gerontology, or a related social science field.
- Proven experience in academic or professional research settings.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Excellent command of the English language, with high proficiency in technical writing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
- Familiarity with the Singapore educational landscape is highly advantageous.
- Experience in longitudinal studies or health-related research is a significant plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse community stakeholders.
