Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct independent research projects and experiments related to obstetrics and gynaecology.
- Analyze experimental data and interpret results to support scientific publications and presentations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop novel therapeutic approaches and technologies.
- Assist in the preparation of research proposals, grant applications, and ethical submissions.
- Mentor and supervise junior research assistants and graduate students.
- Present research findings at departmental seminars, conferences, and external forums.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of post-graduate research experience in medical sciences.
- Strong background in molecular biology, cell culture, or clinical data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, GraphPad Prism).
- Ability to work autonomously while adhering to strict project timelines and deadlines.
