Tanggung Jawab
- Design, simulate, and prototype power electronic converters for tidal energy systems and electrical drives.
- Develop and implement advanced condition monitoring algorithms for electrical machines using signal processing and machine learning techniques.
- Conduct experimental testing and validation of power hardware-in-the-loop (PHIL) setups and drive systems.
- Assist in the development of proposals for new research grants and collaborative industry projects.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, research papers for top-tier journals, and presentations for international conferences.
- Mentor and supervise undergraduate and graduate students working on related projects.
- Collaborate closely with industry partners and other research institutes to ensure project milestones are met.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics, or a closely related field.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of electrical machines, power electronics, and electric drives.
- Hands-on experience with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or ANSYS Maxwell.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C/C++, or for DSP/FPGA implementations.
- Experience with laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, signal generators).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, evidenced by publications or technical reports.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multicultural research team.
- Prior experience in marine renewable energy or condition monitoring is highly advantageous.
