Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct experimental research on the synthesis and characterization of self-healing agents for cementitious composites.
- Perform advanced mechanical testing and microstructural analysis using SEM, XRD, and other analytical instrumentation.
- Analyze complex data sets to evaluate the performance and long-term durability of innovative materials.
- Collaborate with principal investigators to draft high-quality research papers for top-tier academic journals.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with all safety and quality control protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and progress updates for funding agencies and industrial partners.
- Participate in group meetings to discuss research findings and develop strategies for project milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in laboratory-based research, specifically within cement/concrete technology or polymer chemistry.
- Proficiency in operating laboratory analytical equipment and interpreting technical data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on multifaceted research projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for academic reporting.
- Prior experience in publishing research in peer-reviewed scientific journals is highly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, multi-disciplinary research environment.
