Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct experimental research on carbon-enhanced concrete formulations and their structural properties.
- Design and execute laboratory tests to evaluate mechanical, thermal, and durability performance of new materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate carbon-capture technology into traditional cementitious matrices.
- Analyze complex data sets to document findings, validate hypotheses, and contribute to high-impact research publications.
- Prepare technical reports and present research progress at internal meetings and academic conferences.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure all experimental protocols strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Support the lead investigators in grant writing and identifying emerging research opportunities in green construction.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Proven research experience in concrete technology, cement chemistry, or advanced materials development.
- Proficiency in experimental design and operation of material testing equipment (e.g., SEM, XRD, UTM).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in software tools like MATLAB, Python, or specialized structural analysis software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse, international research environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with a track record of producing clear technical documentation.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in sustainable infrastructure and low-carbon construction materials.
