Tanggung Jawab
- Design and conduct experiments on carbon-enhanced concrete materials, including formulation development and testing protocols
- Analyze material properties using advanced characterization techniques such as SEM, XRD, and mechanical testing
- Document research findings through detailed laboratory reports and contribute to scientific publications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop scalable solutions for carbon capture in concrete production
- Stay current with the latest research trends in sustainable materials and construction technologies
- Participate in grant writing and project management to secure continued funding for research initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers and students in laboratory techniques and research methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Master's or PhD degree in Material Science, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in concrete technology and materials characterization techniques
- Experience with laboratory equipment including SEM, XRD, and mechanical testing apparatus
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and analyze complex data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of scientific publications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in experimental design
- Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects
- Experience with grant writing and research project management is advantageous
