Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and test advanced mechatronic systems and robotic prototypes
- Conduct research in robotics, automation, and control systems with focus on practical applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers
- Analyze experimental data and prepare technical documentation, research papers, and patent applications
- Implement sensor integration, motion control algorithms, and real-time processing solutions
- Participate in grant writing and project planning to secure research funding
- Stay current with emerging technologies in robotics, AI, and mechatronics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree or PhD in Robotics, Mechatronics, or relevant discipline preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in robotics development or mechatronic systems
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and programming (C++, Python, MATLAB)
- Strong understanding of control systems, sensor technologies, and actuation mechanisms
- Experience with embedded systems, PCB design, and real-time operating systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
