Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement innovative NDT methods for concrete structure assessment
- Conduct laboratory experiments and field validation of testing techniques
- Analyze structural data using advanced engineering software and statistical methods
- Develop research proposals and secure external funding opportunities
- Prepare technical reports, journal articles, and conference presentations
- Collaborate with industry partners to translate research into practical applications
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and research ethical standards
- Mentor junior researchers and supervise undergraduate project work
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Strong background in structural analysis and material science
- Experience with NDT techniques (ultrasonic, acoustic emission, etc.)
- Proficiency in engineering software (MATLAB, ANSYS, COMSOL)
- Research methodology and data analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with laboratory equipment and field testing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
