Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct independent research in power systems engineering with focus on smart grids, renewable integration, and grid stability
- Design and execute experimental protocols, analyze complex datasets, and publish findings in high-impact journals
- Develop and teach undergraduate/postgraduate courses in power engineering and related disciplines
- Supervise student research projects, theses, and lab activities
- Secure external funding through research proposals and grant applications
- Collaborate with industry partners on technology transfer and applied research projects
- Contribute to curriculum development and innovation in engineering education
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field (Research Fellow) or Master's degree with significant research experience (Research Associate)
- Strong background in power system analysis, modeling, and simulation tools
- Proven publication record in peer-reviewed journals or conferences
- Experience with power electronics, renewable energy systems, or smart grid technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Teaching experience or demonstrable pedagogical aptitude
