Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the research, design, and development of innovative engineering solutions from concept to prototype.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical analysis to optimize product performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure R&D projects align with business and operational objectives.
- Utilize advanced modeling and simulation tools to test and validate new engineering theories.
- Prepare technical documentation, research reports, and intellectual property filings.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Participate in technical reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers within the department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated R&D or product development environment.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end technical projects within set deadlines.
- Deep understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, or control systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
