Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the research and development of semiconductor and stainless steel product designs from concept to prototype.
- Conduct rigorous material analysis and testing to ensure product durability and performance standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and process flows.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in R&D, preferably within the semiconductor or metal fabrication industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and technical drawing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
