Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization, formulation, and development of new nutraceutical and functional food products.
- Manage the end-to-end R&D lifecycle from initial market research and ingredient sourcing to pilot-scale testing.
- Ensure all product formulations strictly adhere to local and international food safety and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Collaborate with the quality control and production teams to facilitate seamless technology transfer and scale-up.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and stability testing to maintain premium product standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality ingredient integrity.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in functional nutrition to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in R&D within the nutraceutical or functional food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, GMP standards, and regulatory documentation requirements (NPRA/MOH).
- Strong proficiency in product formulation, stability testing, and ingredient interaction analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products to market.
