Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop new products, processes, and technologies in line with the company's R&D roadmap and strategic objectives.
- Conduct detailed research, experiments, and feasibility studies to validate new concepts and improve existing solutions.
- Analyze test data and technical specifications to optimize product performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Sales to ensure seamless project execution and technology transfer.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design files, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and operational excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to ensure Frontken remains at the cutting edge of innovation.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an R&D, product development, or process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials characterization, and statistical analysis (e.g., DOE, SPC).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with prototype development, testing, and validation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic and analytical approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong project management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
