Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting laboratory experiments to develop and test new paint formulations, focusing on pigments, binders, and solvents.
- Analyzing raw materials and chemical interactions to ensure product consistency and quality control.
- Refining existing product recipes to improve color matching, viscosity, and drying times.
- Collaborating with the production team to scale up laboratory findings for mass production.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to paint application and performance in real-world scenarios.
- Maintaining accurate records of experimental data, test results, and technical reports.
- Researching and evaluating new coating technologies and environmental-friendly materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the paint, coating, or chemical manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of paint chemistry, specifically knowledge of pigments, masterbatch, and finishing agents.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic industrial environment in Waru, Jawa Timur.
