Tanggung Jawab
- Lead research initiatives for the development of new products and the enhancement of existing technologies.
- Analyze raw materials and final products to ensure they meet technical specifications for import and export.
- Collaborate with the supply chain department to manage technical documentation required for international trade.
- Conduct rigorous laboratory testing and document findings in detailed technical reports.
- Stay abreast of global regulatory changes in the Science & Technology sector to ensure product compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to reduce costs and improve product speed-to-market.
- Provide technical support to the sales and logistics teams regarding product capabilities and constraints.
- Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment in accordance with local safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Material Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an R&D or technical laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of international import/export regulations related to chemical or technical goods.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional international teams.
- High proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control protocols.
