- Develop and execute comprehensive research strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional research teams across multiple disciplines
- Secure external funding through grants, partnerships, and industry collaborations
- Oversee research quality control, ethical compliance, and data integrity protocols
- Translate complex findings into actionable insights for stakeholders and policymakers
- Represent the organization at national/international research forums and conferences
- Drive innovation through pilot programs and commercialization of research outputs
Kualifikasi
- PhD in relevant scientific field with 10+ years of research leadership experience
- Proven track record of securing research funding exceeding $1M USD
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative methodologies and statistical analysis
- Strong network with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry partners
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management capabilities
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals with industry impact
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Experience managing international research teams and multicultural environments
