Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute experiments to optimize Advanced Packaging processes for next-generation semiconductor devices.
- Conduct root cause analysis on process deviations to ensure high yield and quality improvement.
- Characterize and analyze thin film properties using advanced metrology and analytical tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new materials and process modules into existing production lines.
- Document technical findings, prepare comprehensive research reports, and present data to stakeholders.
- Support pilot-line operations and process qualification for industry-transfer projects.
- Maintain and troubleshoot high-precision manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal uptime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, specifically in packaging or thin-film deposition.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and troubleshoot technical process challenges.
- Hands-on experience with cleanroom equipment and metrology tools (e.g., SEM, AFM, Optical Profilometry).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international research environment.
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DoE) and statistical process control (SPC) software is highly desirable.
