We are seeking a talented and motivated Research Engineer to lead cutting-edge R&D projects in Advanced Remanufacturing, specifically focusing on additive manufacturing technologies.
As a Research Engineer in our Advanced Remanufacturing team, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing R&D initiatives that push the boundaries of 3D printing and remanufacturing processes. You will work alongside leading scientists and engineers to develop innovative solutions that address real-world manufacturing challenges, ranging from aerospace components to medical implants.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage R&D projects in advanced remanufacturing and additive manufacturing
- Design and develop prototypes using 3D printing and other additive manufacturing techniques
- Conduct research on materials, processes, and technologies for remanufacturing applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate R&D findings into practical solutions
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to team capacity building
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and research protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in additive manufacturing, 3D printing, or remanufacturing technologies
- Strong knowledge of materials science and process optimization
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
