Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain high-fidelity ambient temperature models for urban environments.
- Process and analyze large-scale geospatial and meteorological datasets using GIS and remote sensing tools.
- Collaborate with urban planners and environmental scientists to validate simulation outputs against real-world sensor data.
- Design and implement algorithms to optimize urban cooling interventions and heat mitigation strategies.
- Document research methodologies and contribute to technical reports and academic publications.
- Present research findings to project stakeholders and industry partners to influence urban design policies.
- Maintain codebases and ensure the scalability and reliability of research software tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geomatics, Environmental Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in geospatial analysis and working with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB for data processing.
- Familiarity with environmental modeling, atmospheric science, or urban microclimate simulation.
- Experience working with large datasets, including satellite imagery or IoT sensor data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
