You will be integral to our research lifecycle, responsible for the hands-on development, rigorous testing, and validation of battery stacks. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and prototype battery stack configurations to meet specific energy and safety requirements.
- Execute comprehensive testing protocols to validate performance, durability, and thermal management of battery stacks.
- Analyze experimental data to identify optimization opportunities and improve system efficiency.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory testing equipment to ensure accurate data collection.
- Document findings in detailed technical reports and contribute to research publications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including material scientists and mechanical engineers.
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant research experience in battery technology or energy storage systems.
- Hands-on experience with battery testing equipment (cyclers) and data acquisition systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical software (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary research team.
