Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain advanced semiconductor fabrication equipment including lithography, etching, and deposition systems
- Design and execute process optimization experiments to enhance manufacturing efficiency and device performance
- Analyze operational data to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new equipment and process integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research projects and technology transfers
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety regulations
- Document experimental results and contribute to technical publications and patents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication or cleanroom operations
- Proficiency in operating semiconductor processing equipment (e.g., lithography, CMP, etch)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical process control (SPC) methods
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and yield improvement techniques
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration
