Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement AI-powered process automation solutions for remanufacturing workflows
- Lead research initiatives to optimize reverse engineering and refurbishment technologies
- Develop data analytics frameworks for predictive maintenance and quality control
- Collaborate with industry partners to prototype and validate new remanufacturing methodologies
- Document technical specifications and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional teams on process innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing process automation or remanufacturing technologies
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar for algorithm development and data modeling
- Strong background in machine learning applications for industrial processes
- Familiarity with IoT sensors and industrial control systems integration
- Experience with lifecycle assessment and sustainability metrics
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
