Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop semiconductor processing equipment and tooling for research applications
- Conduct equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance of semiconductor fabrication systems
- Perform process development and optimization for semiconductor manufacturing workflows
- Collaborate with research teams to implement custom equipment modifications and upgrades
- Conduct failure analysis and troubleshoot equipment performance issues
- Document technical specifications, procedures, and research methodologies
- Interface with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement and parts sourcing
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and cleanroom protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment development or fab environment
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes (lithography, etching, deposition, CMP)
- Proficiency in CAD software for equipment design and mechanical drawings
- Experience with vacuum systems, motion control, and precision instrumentation
- Knowledge of industry standards (SEMI, IEC) for semiconductor equipment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to work in collaborative research environments
