Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and conduct pioneering research in Direct Metal Deposition (DMD) and Structural Vehicle Systems (SVS) technologies.
- Develop and validate high-fidelity simulation models to predict part performance and optimize manufacturing parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven analytics into production workflows.
- Publish findings in top-tier academic journals and present at international conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Explore novel material behaviors and thermal management solutions using advanced computational methods.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Computational Mechanics, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Additive Manufacturing (AM) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB.
- Proven track record of leading research projects from conceptualization to publication.
- Deep understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
